A fun take on the Chinese Sweet and Sour Pork. Our pre-marinated Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork is so versatile, here we have skewered it and added a summer salad for that fresh crunch!

Dust pork in flour and shallow or deep fry until crispy and golden, remove from oil, place in a bowl and mix contents of sauce sachet through until heated.
Thread pork through heavy bamboo skewers.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place pork skewers into a preheated 180°C oven for 5 – 8 minutes, this should make them super sticky!
Make a fresh salad by combining shaved cucumber, radish, strips of red capsicum, shredded snow peas and some baby rocket and to follow the sweet and sour theme, add some fresh pineapple pieces.
Dress with a drizzle of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place pork skewers on top of salad to serve.
