With a side of Hummus.

 This Pork Loin roast infused with Greek flavors will leave you eating like a god! 

Serves 4


1 KR Castlemaine Fresh Pork Greek It Is! Loin Roast

500g canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 TSP ground cumin

2 TBSP tahini paste

2 garlic cloves minced

1/4 CUP fresh lemon juice

1/4 CUP water

100ml Light Olive Oil

Greek style roast with a side of hummus

Step 1

Place Greek It Is! Loin Roast on a tray with baking paper and place into oven at 180°C. Cook for 1 hour per kg or until cooked to your liking

Step 2

To create the Hummus, put chickpeas, cumin, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and a pinch of salt into a food processor and process until it is a paste. Add water and blend again.

Step 3 

While blending the mixture, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until mixture is smooth.

Step 4 

When pork is cooked, slice and serve with a side of hummus.
