Greek Style Pork Yiros
with ALDI Greek Style Loin
Simple and delicious traditional greek style yiros.
1 Aldi Pork Loin with Greek style seasoning
6 small pita breads
1 cup tabbouleh
2 cups lettuce, shredded
2 small Spanish onions, sliced
6 slices tomato
1/2 cup hummus dip
Mint leaves for garnish
1. Preheat oven 180 degrees C conventional or 160 degrees C fan forced.
2. Remove pork from packaging and place on a lined oven tray, drizzle with olive oil.
3. Cook for 1 hour per kilogram or until cooked to your liking.
4. Rest before carving.
5. Serve pork thinly sliced on warm pita bread with salad, hummus and mint leaves.
