Trust us, the grilled mint leaves with zesty yoghurt will leave your tatste buds wanting more.
Serve by placing a dollop of the dipping source in a small glass and sit a skewer onto the glass.
Divide the Asian Inspired Pork Mix into 30 small portions. Roll each portion of pork in a mint leaf and thread 2 rolls onto each skewer.
Just prior to serving, heat a griddle pan or barbecue, place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
To make the dressing:
Combine the yoghurt, lemon juice and zest, season to taste.

- 1 pkt San Choy Bau mix
- 30 large mint leaves
- 15 bamboo skewers
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- Juice of 1 lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- Salt and white pepper to taste
