With Asian Style Pork Mince

The perfect asian style finger food for any occasion!

Serves 4


1 Asian Style Pork Mince*

1 tbs peanut oil

1/2 tsp ginger

1 clove garlic

1/2 onion

1 carrot

100g Canned water chestnuts (finely chopped)

1 can baby corn

8 Lettuce leaves for serving 

Crushed Peanuts

1 Red Chilli, sliced thinly


1. Heat oil, garlic and ginger in a pan / wok. Add onion and cook for 1 minute and then add Asian Style Pork mince and cook until white. 

2. Add carrot, chestnuts and baby corn and cook until the carrot is softened and the pork cooked through.

3. Make lettuce into cups, adding pork filling and dress with peanuts and fresh chilli. 

4. Drizzle with soy sauce and serve.


*Asian Style Pork Mince is pre-marinated and can be replaced with fresh pork mince. Simply use a combination of Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce and Asian cooking wine to season.
