Serves 4
Ingredients
1 KR Castlemaine Fresh Pork Chinese Style BBQ roast
2 bunches gai lan (Chinese broccoli)
2 bunches bok choy
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 + 1/2 tbs sesame seeds, toasted
1 bunch fresh coriander (if you're feeling fancy)
1 bunch fresh mint (if you're feeling fancy)
Chinese Style BBQ pork roast method
Cook using cooking instructions on the back of product packaging.
Asian Greens method
Step 1
Fill a large saucepan half full with water and bring to the boil over medium-high heat. Add the gai-lan and bok choy. Cook covered for 3 minutes and drain.
Step 2
Combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic in a bowl.
Step 3
Place gai-lan bok choy onto large serving plate. Spoon over the hoisin sauce mixture and garnish with the sesame seeds. If you're feeling fancy, sprinkle over fresh coriander and mint leaves.
Step 4
Serve with Chinese Style BBQ Pork Roast and Enjoy!
